Jette Saunders
Jette Saunders is a degree-qualified nutritionist who takes a functional, holistic, and evidence-based approach to health, tailoring her strategies to the unique needs of each individual and investigating the root-cause of your concerns.
Jette grew up in a family of chefs, where food quickly became a central part of her life. Surrounded by her parents and grandparents—whose European heritage shaped their culinary practices—she developed a deep appreciation for the ritual, connection, and creativity that cooking and sharing meals bring. This early exposure to wholesome, nourishing food sparked her understanding of the powerful link between diet and well-being, eventually leading her to become Head Chef at the flagship Saint Haven Private Wellness Club.
Today, as a clinical nutritionist, Jette takes a functional, whole-person approach to health. She focuses on uncovering the root causes of health concerns by exploring each individual’s health history, environment, and using functional testing where appropriate. Her goal is to guide people toward vitality and longevity through personalised, holistic care—with a strong emphasis on education that empowers you to take charge of your health, every step of the way.
Drawing on her culinary background, Jette’s treatments integrate food as medicine, complemented by holistic lifestyle strategies and practitioner-grade nutraceuticals (when needed).
She supports a diverse range of health concerns and treats the person, not just the condition. Her special interests include sports and performance nutrition, gut health, female reproductive health, mental health, and nervous system regulation.
